The safety and enjoyment of all owners and guests is our primary concern. Understanding and adhering to our game day rules will help ensure that all have a safe and great experience at The Coop. Please review the rules below.

We appreciate your cooperation and help to ensure everyone has a great tailgating experience. Please share these rules with anyone that you allow to use your space, rules apply to every individual. Fines will be issued directly to the property owner and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Access

​

1. In accordance with the governing documents, the board will maintain no more than a combined eight hours before and after the game access, as outlined in our contract with game day staff. Listed below are the gate open and close time frames. Please note that times will deviate according to game day times (see below). Please monitor our website www.thecooponkeyroad.com for game day updates.

 

  • Early afternoon games (Noon) - Gate opens at 9:00am and closes five hours after the end of the game.

 

  • Late afternoon games (3:00pm) – Gate opens four hours before scheduled kickoff and closes four hours after the end of the game.

 

  • Evening games (6:00pm or later) - Gate opens five hours before scheduled kickoff and closes three hours after the end of the game.

  • Vehicles left overnight will be assessed at a $50.00 fine, payable upon pick-up. You must arrange to have your vehicle picked up the following day.

 

2. Only vehicles with a valid 2023 parking permit will be admitted into the facility. Parking permits must be displayed  and visible while on the property. Temporary permits will not be issued on gameday.  You may purchase a replacement parking permit for $25.00 during the weeks prior to game day.

 

3. Each owner receives 10 individual (game specific) wristbands per game. Wristbands must be worn around the wrist and visible. Individuals will be escorted off the property if not wearing the appropriate wristband. Individuals observed passing their personal wristbands to someone outside the fence will be escorted off the property. You are allowed to have someone meet you at the entrance gate and give them a wristband from your allotment.

Conduct While at The Coop

​

  1. Throwing objects of any kind, including footballs, is prohibited. Exception to the rule: Cornhole games are acceptable outside the building only.

  2. Space owners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their space. Each vehicle entering the gate will be given trash bags and staff will circulate before the game to remove full bags. You are responsible for removing all trash after the game.  Please place all trash in dumpster located on the property. A $50.00 fine will be assessed for space clean-up.

  3. GRILLING - No charcoal or live fires permitted, only gas grills.

  4. Unruly behavior, public intoxication and foul language will not be tolerated. Individuals engaging in any of the above will be escorted from the facility. No exceptions.

  5. Owners are responsible for their guests, and they must comply with all rules and regulations.

  6. Tables inside the building are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.

  7. The property of other owners and guests must be respected. Any individual observed stealing from another owner or guest will be escorted from the property and may be prosecuted for theft, no exceptions. 

  8. All owners are reminded that in accordance with section 3.4 (d) of the governing documents, the Board has the right to suspend an owner’s right to use the facility.
